Joseph has an established career in the title & escrow industry.  He has conducted thousands of closings and is very knowledgeable is the insurance underwriting process.  He started out doing witness only closings while attending Old Dominion University.  He graduated with a Finance Degree and a Determination to build a respectable business that created value to its customers.  Along with the help of his partner, Susan Cuce, together they have created a quality company that gives top of the line customer service that will bring you back.
